Welcome to Crafted Together, LLC! We are an artisan collective and retail shop in Bedford, MA. Crafted Together sells handmade art and craft locally produced by artisans to bring one-of-a-kind products to customers and to help artisans grow their businesses. We also host workshops featuring a variety of arts where people can refine their skills and learn new ones.  

Crafted Together has been a long-time dream of Lisa Himelman, owner and founder, who desired to open a space that focuses on supporting local artisans and cultivating community through the arts. Lisa has been a jewelry maker since she was 5 years old, eventually turning that hobby into a business called Balcony View Designs in 2009. Jewelry is more than just a hobby or business though; it has always been Lisa’s form of therapy, a way to channel her energy into something creative to center herself. After her son was diagnosed with Autism in 2021, Lisa realized more than ever the power of the arts as a way to focus your mind and build connection, especially during challenging times. Lisa was immensely grateful to find a network of artisans and entrepreneurs both within Bedford and surrounding areas at a time she needed them most. Reinvigorating her artistic side and finding inspiring artisans who share common interests was critical to Lisa’s healing journey. As a result, Lisa felt a calling to give back to these communities and provide them with a place where everyone feels welcomed, included, and can find their own (re)purpose through the arts, just like she did. And with that, Crafted Together was born.

Lisa is a proud mom to her son, Max, and is married to the love of her life, Eric. They live in a multigenerational home in Bedford with their pug, Marvin. We hope to see you at Crafted Together soon!
