Private Parties at Crafted Together

Parties for Adults

Details:

  • $400 for full party package
  • 8-10 person maximum; 6 person minimum (if you have a larger party, there is an additional $20 fee per guest beyond the 10-person maximum)
  • 2 hours (not including setup and cleanup provided by Crafted Together)


What’s Included:

  • A hands-on Charm Bar activity where you can design your own custom jewelry or keychain
    • 2 pieces per person (can be any combination of necklaces, bracelets, or keychains)
    • 10 charms per person (additional charms available for purchase)
  • On site instructor to help with the activity
  • Small bites to snack on (you may also bring any additional food items you'd like to serve)
  • BYOB – bring your favorite drinks to sip while you craft
  • An exclusive 10% off your shopping experience during the event


Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a moms’ night, or just need a fun evening out, this is your chance to relax, create, and connect in a beautiful, inspiring space!


Booking policy: a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date, or you can use it as an in-store credit. The remaining payment balance must be received in full two weeks before the event date.

Parties for Kids

Details: 

  • $300 for full party package
  • 8-10 children maximum; 6 children minimum (if you have a larger party, there is an additional $20 fee per child beyond the 10-person maximum. The minimum/maximum guest count does not include adults present during the party)
  • 2 hours (not including setup and cleanup provided by Crafted Together)


What’s Included:

    • 10 charms per kid (additional charms available for purchase)
  • On site instructor to help with the activity (please note, at least one other adult needs to be present at the party in addition to our staff)
  • Plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and serving pieces (you are responsible for bringing drinks, cake/cupcakes, and any other food items)
  • An exclusive 10% off your shopping experience for adults during the event

For an additional $50 fee, we can bring our charm bar party experience to the comfort of your home. This option is available for both adult and kid parties. When you inquire about booking, please indicate your interest in a home-based party or we can discuss which option will work best.

 Cancellation policy: if you cancel the party less than two weeks before the event, you will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. If you cancel the party one week or less before the event, you will not receive a refund. In the unlikely scenario that Crafted Together needs to cancel the party, you will receive a full refund.
